While he has served in high-level executive leadership positions and has experience leading large operational and support components, David has never forgotten that what matters most in any organization, is the people. Being a servant and highly inclusive leader, who deeply values trust-based relationships, remains his foundation as he continues to successfully coach and support emerging to executive leaders abroad.

A Nationally recognized subject matter expert in leadership, management, supervision, conflict resolution, change management, group facilitation and social and emotional intelligence, David has earned a reputation as a highly effective coach and trusted advisor.  

As CEO, David personally continues to work with the WPI team in research and development to maintain the best leadership/management courses available today. David has studied business, behavioral science, and psychology, and is a certified professional coach.

David enjoys many outdoor activities, spending time with family, and is a competitive professional athlete.
