Scott Redstone brings over 25 years of leadership and training experience to WPI. He has held leadership positions in both the public and private sector and has extensive experience in training and leading high-performance specialized teams. As a leader in a large public safety organization, Scott pioneered the leadership training portfolio, which he delivers to all levels of the organization. His focus on process excellence and continuous improvement has led to increased performance in both organizations and their personnel.

Scott sits on several provincial public safety committees and has developed and delivered emergency management/leadership training which is now recognized as the provincial standard.

A native of Ontario, Canada, Scott has a degree in psychology from McGill University, and certifications in Teaching Effectiveness and Leadership from Humber College and the College of Policing in London, England. He is also a certified National Instructor with the International Association of Chiefs of Police and has taught change management, service excellence and risk management both inside and outside his organization. Scott has a passion for teaching and believes in the positive changes these programs can bring to organizations and their people. He has been formally recognized for his delivery of training across North America to all levels of leadership.

In his personal time, Scott enjoys martial arts, cooking, woodworking and spending time in the outdoors with his wife and three children.
