David is an entrepreneurial and driven Chief Executive with 30 years of leadership, training, and consulting experience. He has served in high-level executive leadership positions and has experience leading large operational and support components. David has successfully led many project teams, created and led change management initiatives, and advised through organizational reorganizations.

A Nationally recognized subject matter expert in leadership, management, supervision, conflict resolution, and social and emotional intelligence, David has earned a reputation as a highly effective C-Suite level coach and trusted advisor.

As CEO, David personally continues to work with the WPI team in research and development to maintain the best leadership/management courses available. David is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI) and also provides coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders.
