Alyssa B. Lang a Michigan native, graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and later a Master’s in Criminal Justice from Boston University. She brings 16 years of experience in education, mentoring new leaders and business ownership to the WPI team. Alyssa has currently undertaken a role establishing new training facilities and state-level curriculum as well as serving as board member on several civic organizations within her community. Alyssa also has extensive national and regional speaking experience on topics related to caregiving and disabled veteran’s issues. Alyssa currently resides in North Carolina outside of MCB Camp Lejeune with her husband a retired, double-amputee USMC Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, and their two children.
