Marie Hansen, J.D., Ph.D., SHRM‑SCP, PCC, is a nationally recognized executive coach and organizational strategist who helps leaders elevate performance, strengthen teams, and drive meaningful results. As COO of WPILeadership, Marie blends 20+ years of senior executive experience—including more than a decade as Dean of a multi‑school college—with certified expertise in leadership development, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning.
