Leadership Assessments

WPI now offers leadership assessments. Through our assessments, we collect key information that helps leaders understand how they are impacting their environment and those they are entrusted to lead. Once our assessment process is complete, we meet with the leader, debrief the assessment for a more profound understanding, and then work with the leader to develop goals to increase organizational effectiveness.
