Gabrielle Martin works as a Research Specialist and Consultant at WPILeadership. She is motivated by a deep curiosity about human behavior, motivation, growth, and team dynamics. These passions led her to study Psychology and Leadership Studies at the University of Maine. There, she participated in university-based research, served as a project intern for the City of Brewer, ran a business as a personal trainer and wellness coach, was a member of the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute Alumni group, and worked as a summer camp supervisor. 

Gabrielle is dedicated to empowering leaders, both present and future. Her enthusiasm for researching, teaching, and assisting others, as well as her passion for understanding how people work, think, and interact, provides opportunities and insights into strategies that help businesses bring about significant, long-lasting change. With a focus on enhancing performance, strengthening organizational culture, and unlocking human potential, she approaches each engagement with practical leadership expertise grounded in science-based, research-informed practices.

Gabrielle believes leadership exists in everyone and extends far beyond a title. She views leadership as a lifestyle grounded in integrity and demonstrated through actions, even when no one is watching.
