WPI provides a continuum of leadership training services and coaching options that yield better relationships, decision making and emotional identification and responses for the individual and/or group.
A schedule for coaching individually and/or a group is set based on individual needs identified through the use of Social and Emotional Intelligence Evaluations.

In addition to identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement, the instrument provides detailed descriptions of emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors when present and when lacking, as well as extensive strategies for development, helpful for coaches, HR professionals and the individual receiving the results.

Reflecting on my experiences working with coaches, Marie brings the expected
